The co. has applied West European technique, which is specialized in designing, and producing three catalogues, twenty three series, 118 kinds of specifications and models of fully automatic blow molding machine. The machine is suitable for producing such hollow products as plastic bottles, barrels and jars and tool packs, profiled hollow parts, hollow chairs, oil tanks for automobile, plates ranging from 10ML to 5000L.
According to customer’s requirements, we can provide single head, double heads, triple heads, four heads, six heads, single-layer, double-layer, three layer, four-layer, five-layer, six-layer heads etc. We have thirty years of experience on designing and manufacturing and has a lot of technicians and engineers with abundant practical experience on commissioning, maintenance & repair service. We have succeed in commissioning more than 2000 sets of machines. We can produce blow molding shaping machine for processing special profiles and special raw material plastic products, such as production of PE, PP, PC, PA, PS, ABS, EVA, PETG, EVOH, PVDC, PAN, PPE, POM, TOE products.
