MBT( RUBBER ACCELERATOR) ITEM SPECIFICATONS Appearance(visual inspecition) Yellow powder Initial.m.p. ℃ min 173.0 Loss on drying % max 0.30 Ash % max 0.30 Residues(150um)% max 0.00 Properties:It is yellow powder with little osmyl and taste biller .the density is 1.42-1.52. soluble in ethyi acetage,ethanol,solution of NAOH and Na2CO3,unsoluble in benzene ,water and gesoline ,good storage stability,lower explosion limit is 21g/m3 Applications: Used acidic accelerator currently and a medium fast primary accelerator .imparts excellent aging properties when used both alone and in combination with DM,TMTDand manyother basic accelerators for tigher activity.Its accelerativer temperature is low and easily bedispersed with lower pollution mainly used in the production of tires tubes foot wear, rubber beltsand hoses etc. Package: 20 kg plastic woven bag ,paper with plastic film bag kraft paper bag or jumbo bag. Storage :the product should be storaged in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation the product should be avoid hot sunshine. Note : the product could be oiled and pelleted upon customer request
