Detailed Description
CNC Rapid Prototyping integrates the advanced technologies of Computer-Aided Design、Computer-Aided Manufacturing and Computer Numerical Control to realize the computer 3D data model by cutting a block of entire material. After the work piece clamped one time, the Numerical Control System can control the machine tool according to the different processes to automatically choose and change cutting tool, automatically change the spindle rotating speed、feed rates and the cutting tool comparative moving track against the work piece, also some other aided functions, to finish each work piece surface processes in turn, all the processes are automatically controlled by the program and not influenced by the human factors.
