Description of the Ship Launching Air Bag: 1 Reasonable Structure Our product uses the latest overall winding technology, has gradient cross winding between each layer. There is no overlap at the air bag body. The head of the air bag uses two more layers of cord than the air bag body. This design overall improves the air bags’ working pressure, the airtightness and safety of the. 2 Material Advantage The skeleton material is the cord line which has 90 lines of nylon per 10cm length ( one kind is 1400D2V1 cord line, the other kind is 1870D2V1 cord line, the fracture strength of single line is 30KG); the internal layer uses natural rubber and EPDM synthetic rubber which has soft texture, high flexibility, high adhesion and good airtightness, the external layer uses the natural rubber and styrene-butadiene and butadiene synthetic rubber which has hard texture, high toughness, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-age characteristics., the adhesives is the imported high strength special rubber adhesives, that completely resolve the phenomenon of easy degumming between each layers of the air bag. 3 Well Working The surface of the airbag body is smooth; the air bag head is winded clearly. The connection between the air bag head and the iron made air inlet uses special rubber adhesives (firstly oxide the iron air inlet, then adhere by special adhesives). This design resolves the phenomenon that the air inlet has bad airtightness and is easy to explosion. 4 High Loading Capacity Because the air bag has reasonable structure and good materials (special rubber formula, special adhesives, high strength and high toughness cord line), the Loafing capacity of our air bags have far beyond the request of the CB/T3795-1996 Standard, they are fully competent of the roll distortion under the compression force, therefore increase the safety and security of the air bag launching. 5 Strict Testing Every Air Bag must go through strict appearance testing and pneumatic testing to examine its working pressure and gas leakage rate per unit time before leaving the factory.
