Founded in 2001, JGD manufactures a large variety of molding tools for plastic products, from small, precise mobile phone parts to big automotive parts, such as automotive parts, electronics housings, consumer products, toys, and more. Our clean-room facility also enables us to manufacture medical and transparent products. Manufacturing facilities include molding processing center, many CNC,EDM and injection molding machines. In addition, we offer secondary processing such as spraying and coating, hot stamping, silk screening, and pad printing.
Our toolings are mainly exported to Europe, Japan and U.S.A., serving industries of automotive, electrical household/OA/audio/mobile phone etc. The engineering support, tooling quality and customer service has gained wide recognition in the industry.
