Founded in 2010, Guangzhou Weasy Adhesive Products specializes in manufacturing various high-performance tapes. Our products include filament, tissue, PET, aluminum, foam and hot melt film types, featuring good adhesion to various adherents at a wide temperature range. They are widely used in the automotive, packaging, glass box, electronic and solar industries, and are well received by Foxconn, Midea and BYD.
We are a subsidiary of Guangzhou How-Tec Bonding Materials Co., Ltd., which has seven years of experience in the tape industry. Our factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters and houses three production lines operated by 180 employees. Utilizing advanced production lines, our monthly production capacity reaches 300,000 square meters. Delivery lead time takes seven to 15 days.
Every year, we invest 10% of our annual turnover to complete R&D projects. We employ 20 R&D staff and each of them has at least eight years of experience. They have the ability to release at least one new product monthly. Because of their dedication to innovation, our fiberglass mesh taps obtained national utility patents.
We employ 10 QC staff with at least seven years of experience on average. Their meticulousness has allowed us to obtain SGS and RoHS certificates for our products. To control quality, we assign two QC staff in each production line and source 80% of our raw materials from Japan and South Korea. Some of our suppliers have been cooperating with us for seven years.
