• The automatic fiber filling machine is mainly used for filling fiber into bags. • It is assembled with automatic bale opener, fiber opening device and fiber blower, fiber filling device. • The whole line is adjusted by PLC control system that can be handled by only one operator with simple operation. • Weighing system that the tolerance can be around 250g. • High capacity about 2500kg per day. • A whole bale raw material can be transported to the next program automatically. • Electronic metal alarm system; • The rollers are made by V-wire, so that fiber opening rate can be 98% up without hurting the fiber and long life with less maintenance. • Special roller and bearing device avoid the fiber jam into the bearings. • Conveyer track protection system; • CE Certification
