Detailed Description
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is a synthetic polymer of a chain of TFE. Our PTFE products are available as molding powders, fine powders and dispersions. These PTFE resins have a low coefficient of friction and excellent thermal, electrical, mechanical and chemical properties making them suitable for a wide variety of demanding applications requiring one or a combination of these exceptional properties. It could be used to produce rod, tube, sheet, seal tape, film, coating etc.
We could provide several grades of PTFE raw material:
1.PTFE Presintered Resin
(suitable for continuously extruding of all type, pushing and pressing PTFE rod, tube and special shape )
2. PTFE Suspension Molding Powder
( Film, rod, tube, sheet, sealing material)
3. PTFE medium-size particle resin
(Make tube, rod, plate and seal material, etc)
4. PTFE Fine Powder
(Make extruded tube, rod, tensile, film, seal tape, etc)
5. PTFE Free Flow (Pelletized) Resin
(Make molding rod, tub,plate, suitable for automatic extrusion)
6. PTFE Dispersion
(Impregnation of glass fiber and asbestos, additives of plastic anti-flaming agent)
