ZKD/ZXD Series Banana Type Vibrating Screen Product Summary ZKD series banana shape straight line vibrating screen is a new kind of screening machine with a box type vibrator and screen deck can be divided into multi zones with different dip angles, The shape of the screen box is just like a banana,so it is also called banana screen.The thickness of bed from the feed end to discharge end is kept unchanged due to multistratum line sieving surface with different dip angle. The ratio of quantity of material to flow rate on each zone of screen deck is stable and takes on homogenous state, therefore the handling capacity is 1.5 to 2 times higher than the traditional classification screen with same effective area. The effect is more distinct when screening medium and fine size materials. Applicable Range It is mainly used for classification of large and medium size materials with high content of fine size, meanwhile the screen can be used for dewatering, deagent and desliming. The fine size refers to the material with particle size smaller than half of the screen opening Structure Features: 1.Screen machine can be single or double layers. 2.Screen deck can be bar strip,weaving and polyurethane.It can be designed as customers’ request if hole-making or rubber screen plate is chosen. 3.Feeding box will not be provided if customers have no request. 4.The rated voltage of motor is 380v. Explosion-proof motor or different rated voltage motors are optional,please state when placing order.
