When I worked in the factory of Sinotruk and Shantui,China in the year of 2008-2012,we had a really good relationship with our business partner like Volvo,Cummins,Cat and Komatsu, and of course with our customers,after talking to them we found the main complaint from our customers was the spare parts, " used is too unreliable and risky, new is far too expensive for what you get".
