Guangzhou Avans Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (ACMT) is a high technology and joint-venture enterprise, which is invested by mainland and Hong Kong companies. ACMT locates in Auto Industry City of Huadu district, Guangzhou, China. Leading members of ACMT are the doctors from HKUST, Tsinghua University and Shenyang Aircraft Design Institute, and other famous research institutions, who have extensive experience with R&D and manufacture in composite structure of aircraft and other civil composite products. In the field of composite materials’ design, produce and analysis, ACMT owns world-class technology.

The factory of ACMT is located in Huadu Auto Industry City, it has a series of different tonnage hot presses (64-1000T), which can make all sorts of specific SMC/BMC/GMT/LFT product with annual production capacity of 4’000’000 sets, including jiangzhe area bases. Its products are widely used in vehicle, construction machinery and equipment, rail transport, electricity and electrical equipment, building material, home and sanitary ware, sport leisure goods and so on. In order to satisfy all sorts of requirements of customer, ACMT offers an “all-in-one” top quality service: R&D of product, design and manufacture of mould, development of molding material, compression moulding of product, decorative process of appearance, and assembly of complete sets.
ACMT factory has a composite material coach floor produce line, can support 100’000 coaches’ floor complete set. The coach floor of ACMT is a high technology and new developed product, it has excellent NVH performance, light weight high strength, totally recyclable, anticorrosive, insulation and low cost advantages, it can instead of traditional bamboo floor with so many disadvantages absolutely.
The production of ACMT also covers all other kinds of manufacture process of FRP, including pultrusion, winding, hand lay-up, autoclave and injection. Related service involves the whole course from design to complete the product.
