Detailed Description
Cooling band is used for cooling and crushing the materials after extruding process, which are in high viscosity paste form. Usually they are needed to be cooled and crushed in flakes with average dimension of 1-2 cm and thickness of 1-2mm. First they are cooled by chilled water. Then it is cooled in pressure air tunnel along a caterpillar stainless steel belt. Finally the materials will be broken into 1-2cm flakes suitable for fine grinding as presented in the next process. This equipment is composed of cooling-sheeting rolls, knotty stainless steel band conveyor and crusher. The kneaded thermal material output from extruder is sheeted at thickness of 1-1.5mm. The rolls are cooled by cycling water. The sheeted tape materials are transported to crusher and cooled by fans continually, and then change to crush chip material, falling down into the hopper. The controlling system adopts frequency conversion, which regulates conveying speed and direction freely. Notice: The temperature of cooling water should be less than 14℃. Technical features: 1.
