Extruding process plays a very important role in powder coating production. It directly decides the final products properties such as gloss, leveling and mechanical properties. Model SFJ of series screw extruders are researched and exploited independently by ourselves, referring to the technological characteristics of world-famous manufacturers of powder manufacturing equipment as well as combining the nation’s powder industry reality. Resolve lots of problems that normal extruder can not. Technical features: 1. High-speed screw design ensures zero movement clearance and high yield. Small clearance between two screws and barrel reduces the risk of gel particle in final products. Perfect self-cleaning for split barrel are the access to the screw in case of powder curing inside of the barrel. 2. R-12 alloy steel is used for screw and barrel instead of 38CrMoAl and it has strong corrosion and wearing resistance and enough hardness. 3. Linear type barrel reduces maintenance cost in case of any damages to the surface of the core. Excellent in mixing and kneading, the luster of surface increases 3-5 degrees comparing with common models. 4. Low power consumption which reduces daily production costs. 5. High material/electricity ratio over13.5kg per kilowatt-hour. 6. The temperature control adopts original temp-control meters from Japan. PID controls ±1 degree’s drift for cleaning machine does not need to open the whole tube, which can save time, money and strength. 7. Cooling water is softened water, so no scale occurs. All parts of central water cooling system are made of stainless steel. 8. Movement tolerance is 0.16 ~ 0.2mm gap (Different models) 9. Pure water cooling to eliminate scale. (Optional) 10. Excellent in self-cleansing.
