Shandong Jitai Energy-saving Building Materials Co., Ltd. located in the beautiful city of vegetables--Shouguang, is a modernization high-tech enterprise which is committed to research, development, production and sales of aluminum plastic co-extruded materials used in windows and doors. It is a new patent.
With the development of the strong advantage, Jitai steps into the industry of profiles，starting from a higher point and standard. Our corporation introduced 11 advanced co-extruded materials production lines, supporting mixing equipment and 7series,100 sets profile moulds ,with the fixed assets of more than 100 million RMB, which enables us to obtain an annual production of more than 20 thousand tons. With the growing of the materials’ market and the more mature of our products, our company will go on with the second and third phase.
The new generational low-carbon and energy-saving building materials used in windows and doors produced by Jitai overcome those shortcomings, such as scamp work and stint materials when setting the steel liner and low intensity in the process of producing aluminum plastic co-extruded windows and doors . In addition, the aluminum-plastic co-extruded materials have a better performance in insulation, sound-proof, anti-aging corrosion-resistant, as well as high intensity. The aluminum-plastic co-extruded materials are produced by anti-aging fluorocarbon color spray technology which is more beautiful and durable. When being made into windows and doors, there are various colors for customers to choose and our productions have been the main energy-saving and environmental protection profiles applied to windows and doors promoted by the Ministry of Construction, including the cities of Guangzhou ,Shanghai, Beijing and so on.
