We can do the pump parts include:
Bimetal liner, Ceramic liner, mud pump valve and seat, and pump piston, suitable for many series mud pump.
Bimetal liner are made of rotational casting high chromium iron internal sleeve and forged steel outer sleeve. After heat treatment, the hardness can reach 60-67HRC.
The ceramic liners adopt ZrO2 as the inner sleeve, it is usually used in deep oil reservoir, hard stratum and severe earthiness working, and also it can be used for offshore oil exploitation.
The main part of valves and valve seats are forged by high quality nickel alloy steel, valve seal ring adopts Urethane or imported material,
The piston we make has good property in high-temperature and high-pressure resistance, it is suitable for many types of pumps.
