Aluminium Billet Casting Machine Specifications: 1. 60mm-635mm 2. AA 1~7series 3. 10~ 125 logs per time Aluminum Billets Casting Machine 4. The casting machine is 1 winch & 4 pcs of steel wire design. The moving distance is 7~12m. The capacity is tons (high water level). 5. The speed is adjustable by the converter. It moves automatically or manually. There are some meters display the moving distance, speed and the temperature of melted aluminum and cooling water. 6. It alarms when cast is ending. The starting head base stops when it up to the pre-set position. 7. The tilting mechanism is controlled by hydraulic. 8. The upper steel plate is 25mm and the lower one is 12mm thick. 9. The mold is water-shade design and made of aluminum alloy. The material of all ceramic part is Zhongnai 1#. 10. The starting head base is grid structure design, made of steel plates and self-alights. Starting heads are made of cast iron. 11. The casting table and starting head base use 4 screws to bolt together to provide unitized installation and removal. Through another 4 screws the casting table is bolted to the tilting arms. 12. The product quality satisfies the International Standard.
