SEQUOIA had successfully developed Sequoia Gloss Paint 3000 with its own paint formulation have courting the market in North Malaysia since 2000. Since then, the growth momentum of the trends in environmental protection market, Sequoia began specializes in environmental friendly paints, after years of experiments, Sequoia has launched the EG Health Series Paint to the market in the year 2011.
The EG Health Series Paint included Seqashield, Seqalite and Seqapearl. Seqashield is an external used paint while Seqapearl and Seqalite are for interior and surface treatment. These EG Health Series Paint do not contain Alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO), Ammonia, Formaldehyde and comply with very low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Different from others, Sequoia Paint is produced by Colourmizer Color Dispensing System and its coatings and colorants are classified as environmental friendly product.
The EG Health Series Paint are certified under SIRIM eco-labels and received Singapore Green Mark tested certificate. Sequoia is also the first in Malaysia to receive Singapore awarded APEO free and low VOC paint products certificates which is in line with the Singapore Green Labeling Scheme (SGLS).
