Through the advanced and strict technology, the Film Faced Plywood produced by GIGA are with many excellent features including smooth surface, high strength, light weight, go od water resistance and can be used for many times. It is suitable for concrete pouring of all kinds of construction projects. Advantages: 1.Big Size: the biggest size is 2440*1220mm, 915*1830mm, which could decrease the number of the joint and increase th working efficiency. The planking could be avoided from deforming and cracking, and can with feature of waterproof and could be turn many times for reuse if compared with steel planking which demoulds easily; 2.Light weight: It is more suitable for high-rise building and bridge construction; 3.More Times for Reuse: It can be used for many times if stocked correctly and no man-cause damage to it; 4.Concrete building: It can keep the surface smooth and beautiful when used for pouring, and you don't need to plaster the wall for a second time or more, as it can decorate directly that could help shorten time limit for a project; 5.Corrosion resistance: It will avoid polluting on the surface of the concrete; 6.Good moisture-retention: It is good for construction in Winter, that can be used as template for curved surface; 7.Good workability: It is better than bamboo plywood and small steel plywood in terms of nailing, sawing and drilling, it can be processed to template with all shapes according to your requirements. Method Of Usage: 1. Carbide saw blade with more than 80 gears should be used to cut the template, and about 1cm above the template; also the rotate-speed should not be less than 4000 per minute; 2. If the template is cut to drill hole, then specialized edge banding paint should be used along the edge of the whole; 3. During the matching, adhesive tape should be used for the joint for horizontal templates, and sponge strip should be used for vertical templates; 4. We should put a batten below the template when we nail or drill in case of any crack.. 5. Use specialized sealing jams to seal wall bolt hole; 6. When remove the template, we should avoid dropping of large area. CONSERVE AND MAINTAIN: HOW TO CUT THE BEST FROM OUR FILM FACED PLYWOODSTORAGE Always clean and repair the formwork panels before storage. The formwork should then be stacked off the ground on level supports and under cover. SEALING OF HOLES Any holes made in fabric film faced formwork panels should also be sealed to prevent water entering. If water does enter it may cause swelling around the holes.
