1.Principles of energy saving technology
Quartz far infrared radiation heating element applies a special milk quartz glass tube that is machininged by special technics, with resistance composite materials as the heater. Because Milk quartz glass can absorb almost all of the visible and near infrared light from radiation of the heating wire, and make it into the far-infrared radiation. Milky quartz is a heating element of far-infrared energy, with high conversion efficiency, It has excellent features for far-infrared radiation. Energized, the quartz tube blocks and absorbs 95% of near infrared and visible light sent up from heat alloy wire, which make the temperature in the tube rise, producing pure silicon-oxygen bond of molecular vibration, radiation far from the red line. 95% of visible light, near-infrared light can be transformed into far-infrared radiation, far infrared ray with the wavelength>2.5 micron is named as far infrared far infrared. Far-infrared heating refers to the use of 2.5 to 25 microns wavelength radiation heating technology.

Quartz heating element is the only selective radiation far-infrared heating elements. It can be widely used in electrical and mechanical, chemical, electronic, textile, printing and dyeing, plastics, printing, food, food processing and medical health, heating and drying for leather, curing dehydration and all kinds of heating equipment of drying tunnel, drying room, oven.

5. Installation Note:
(1)A horizontal installation, the inclination is not greater than 30 degrees.
(2) When used, matched with aluminum reflector or stainless steel reflector, flat or parabolic reflector. But parabolic reflector is the best: to improve the high utilization of radiation.
(3) Avoid excessive vibration and shaking.
(4)The optimal control of distance between the heating element and the object to be heated is 100 - 400 mm.
(5) Quartz heating elements are brittle materials, when installation and use, should be aware of safety, according to the specific circumstances of the object to be heated, to take the necessary protective measures in order to avoid mechanical damage.
(6) Measured lifetime of single tube heating element is 15000 hours, life of micky quartz tube up to ten years. In order to improve the radiation efficiency, should regularly clean the pipe surface dirt and dust.
