The water button can engage purified water during polishing period and cab be instead of polishing slurry to reduce cost. The counter shows the number which the polishing film is used and remind users when to replace new polishing film. if replace a new one, reset the counter to zero . The emergency button allow users to stop the machine operation in case of emergency. Based on the process , moving the trust to proper position and get different pressure. Speed ​​is one of the important polishing parameter, so machine has to use fixed torque motor to prevent speed change regardless of polishing quantity and trust load on the jig. Alloy aluminum frame with black hard anodized can support solid structure to ensure the accuracy of the machine and protect structure surface increase the useful life.
