Major Functions of RH-800 Laser Cladding System
1.Scope of Application
Rapid repairing of defects on large, medium and small size various machinery parts;
Repairing of defects on matrices of various materials and hardness;
Cladding with various metals and non-metal materials like tungsten carbide and ceramic powder, etc;
Surface modification of matrix, such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance, and wear-resistance, etc.
2.Cladding Speed is Φ3.5mm×(0-14)HZ/S.
3.Cladding Thickness
Thickness cladding metal powder once can reach 0.1mm-1.0mm,while thickness cladding sheet metal once can reach 0.1mm-0.6mm. Fusion casting can be repeated to increase thickness
4.RH-800 Laser Cladding System can be equipped with optical fiber of 0-200m, which is convenient for long-distance non-contact metal repairing.
The following are additional functions .
Laser Welding
1. Penetration Welding
When no padding welding 3mm double layer metal plate, the welding layers shall be metallurgically bonded, and there shall be not any weld mark on reverse side of welding spot. It’s fit for welding of those reverse side of welding layer requires smooth finish or with coating or with inflammables. Matrix shall be nondeforming after welding.
2. Autogenous Welding
When butt autogenous welding metal plates below 10mm, it shall be metallurgical bonding, welding
spots shall be continuous and uniform, and welding seam shall be neat and no surface flash.
3. Slugging
Metal powder, metal wire and sheet metal can be taken as welding material to weld various metals,
and matrix shall be nondeforming after welding.
4.Thin-wall Welding
It can weld metallic strap and metal plate above 0.1mm in various methods. Matrix shall be
nondeforming after welding.
Laser Cutting
It can cut automatically metal plates below 10mm. The cut shall be uniform and neat, and the speed shall surpass linear cutting.
Laser Quenching
By scanning with facula on metal surface, quenching of which can be accomplished. The quenched surface shall be uniform, and quenching position shall be accurate. Hardness of 45 steel after surface quenching by laser shall be HRC50-55.
