yili steel grating is strictly manufacturing according to Chinese standard YB/T4001.1-2007 and American standard NAAMM,the material of all the bearing bars and cross bars have a high quality. The first-class staff and production equipment assure the high quality of FUDA steel grating.
Bearing bar & cross bar steel grade is Q235 whhich's in line with GB/T700.Other material can also be used afternegotiation. Hot-rolled flat bar, hot-rolled strip or cold-rolled strip silt by siltting shears are available for serrated bar. There would be 5 teeth at least within 10mm length.
There are three kinds of steel gratings distinguished by different bearing bar types. The respective of features are as follows:
1.Plain:One of the most widely used gratings,available for flooring sidewalk,drange pit cover,stair tread,ect.
2.Serrated:Better non-skid property & safety compared with plain grating.
3.I-shape:Lighter,more economical and practical comparing with plain grating.
Sign of steel grating:
1.Bearing bar pitches can be 12.5,15,20,30,30.16,32.5,34.3,40,60mm,of which 30mm& 40mm are recommended.
2.Cross bar pitches can be 38,50,60,100mm,of whitch 50mm & 100mm are recommended.
3.Sign of the shape of bearing bar.

The most popular specification of steel grating is as follows:
1.Steel grating with 30mm bearing bar pitch is the most widely used in industrial area. Among the general series, it maintains the strongest resistance to impulsive force.
2.Steel grating with 40mm bearing bar pitch is one of most ecnomical & lightest types. It should be the best choice to customer on the occasion when the clear span is small.
3.Steel grating with 60mm bearing bar pitch & 50mm cross bar pitch is developed specially for mining industry. As it can avoid the mineral splashing down on board,it's appointed to use in fabrication plant,transfer terminal & other ares of mining.
Material:

3.Tolerance for the size of hot-rolled flat bar should be in according with the standard of YB/T4001.1-2007.

5.The size of section & processional moment of section should be in according with the standed of YB/T4001.1-2007.
Installation of steel grating:
1.Welding & using saddle clips are two ways for installation of grating. The welding is suitable for those places where there is no need to move or dismental,for instance,the flooring around the machines. However,using saddle clips are featuring in easy installation & saving zinc layer.
2.Regarding welding installation, angle wolding would used at the first bearing bar of every corner,which the welding length is no less than 20mm,&the height is no less than 3mm.
3.Saddle clip composed of a top plate,a hold down & a M8 bolt, is suitable for all kinds of steel gratings installation.
4.Regarding saddle clip installation, at laest four sets of saddle clips would be used in one pc grating.It would be better using more in the staddle for those gratings with a bigger span.
