Shaanxi Hualu Weiye Technological New Plates Co.,Ltd ,is a large private enterprise intergrating scientific research ,manufacturing industry and trade .The company was founded in 2009 which is the key attracting invsetment enterprise of Xingping city.The project covers an area of 297333.5 square meters and with the registered capital of RMB 100 million Yuan.The company is located in the equipment park of industry centralized zone of Xingping city ,with excellent geographical location .Which is 28km away from capital city Xi’an and 20 km away from Xianyang international airport.With Longhai Railway,Xi’an-Yinchuan Railway,Xi’an-Tongchuan Railway surrounded and connected the north and south,Xi’an-Baoji Expressway ,312 National Road and 104 Provincial Road are criss crossing and these expressways and roads connect the company,the whole Northeast and even the whole country,so the transportation is very convenient.
Construction content of Shaanxi Hualu Weiye Technological New Plates Co.,Ltd includes:in the first phase: two production lines for continual hot-dip aluminum-zinc-sillicon-magnesium coated steel strip with annual throughput of 300,000 tons ;two production lines for continual color coated steel strip with annual throughput of 150,000 tons; in the second phase:two production lines for pickling steel strip with annual throughput of 600,000 tons ;two cold rolled production lines with annual throughput of 600,000 tons ;in the third phase : one aluminum coated production line ; one tin planting production line;its constrction cycle is five years.Our products are mainly used for civil constrction ,top grade decorative sheet,prefabricated house,automotive special sheet,appliance sheet.etc.And this project has filled up th egap in scale production of sheet in the west of China.Our main products are as follows:color coated steel sheet,color profiled steel sheet,galvanized steel sheet,aluminum-zinc-silicon coated sheet.The implementation of the project is in reponse to the national policy to develop western China and fills up the gap in scale production of sheet in western.
