CEPPA 2-Carboxy1 Ethy1 (phenyl) phosphoric Acid Along with the fast development of high polymerization material, the flame retardant handling has more and more caused people’s concern, the development of flame retardant as well becomes the focus of people’s attention. The CEPPA is the right type of good functional flame retardant .It is only of small usage ,but bears water solution well, has high reaction ability ,and the existence of the benzene radicle gives it good influence to the function of such high polymerization material handling. The product has the following characteristics: (1) The purity degree is high ,CEPPA content﹥99%, which is the highest in domestic market . (2) The slice produced through polymerization which endures spinning, dying etc. processes will not lower the function of flame retardant (3) It can spin thin and long silk. (4) The environmental protecting permanent type polyester slice made from it doesn’t contain halogens, it has the feature of being easy to be carbonized while burning. The smoke density is 1/3 of the common polyester .It’s a product which can protect the environment and has low smoke, no toxicity. The flame retardant of our company is copolymerization-category of phosphorous-family. This product is white crystal grain of high purity .Its melting point is 158℃,its heat resolution temperature is 250℃.This product is sold as solid powder ,and it also sells to the users who don’t have the condition to transfer flame retardant using the form of EG ester solution which contains 45% flame retardant . The usage of product: This product and PTA, the EG together to copolymerize and produce the flame retardant slices, it can blend with glycol under appropriate environment until 80% etherified. Counter-fire polyester slice’s polymerization environment is the same to normal slice. The phosphor fastens to flame retarding terylene slices has no poisonous feature, no corrosion, and its counter-fire capacity long and steady. When it’s copolymerized with PTA and EG, the quantity of using is 2.5%-4.5%, that is 3500-6500ppm,the extreme oxygen amount after being spinned is 30-36.The heat resolution temperature of the slices made from it is 410℃,with good stability under heat and easy to spin ,so it can produce all kinds of flame retarding short fibers and long silk. Different amount of addition will affect counter-fire polyester slice’s counter-fire capacity, the advised addition amount is 4-5.5%,The cloth’s oxygen index will be as high as 32%.Dying should conducted under appropriate environment to guarantee the products’ best permanent counter-fire capacities. Packing, Marking, Storage and Transportation Packing: The product to sell is either solid powder which was packed with polyethylene bag by 25kg or ester-soluble ethylene alcohol liquid with 45% CEPPA was sold in the packing of 200kg plastic barrel. Marking: Every packing should indicate the name of product, net weight, lot number, the date of manufacture, the dress and name of factory. Storage: The product should be stored in near it. Under direct sunlight is forbidden. Transportation: Air-flight, Shipping/Shipment and Truck are available for transportation .The product should prevent raining and glare, which should be moved and carried carefully during the course of transportation, Throwing and collapse should forbid in case of breaking of package. The way of Usage: DCPP (Dichloropheny phosphine) can be used for plasticizer, paint component, defoamer, anti-oxidant, etc. It can react with alcohol, phenol, aldehyde, amine, oxygen, sulfur and halogen to manufacture other organic phosphonium compounds.
