The ceramic hermetic hybrid package contains a high-powered isolated amplifier and current modulate. The IC has the advantages of wide voltage range from 16.5V-36V, small input equivalent impendence, high linearity. It also provides 5V/3.5mA isolated voltage output, 2.5V norm power supply. Input signal voltage is 0-0.8V. Corresponding input to test the change of the current。wide barrier pin spacing and internal special insulated measurement allows the IC reach 2500VAC insulated voltage.
