M1 card The ever-popular original Mifare 1K/4K chip card, also known as MF1 classic according to the ISO 14443A standard , contains 1K bytes of read/write memory that can be used for multiple applications. 1). Electric feature L contactless transmission of data and supply energy (no battery needed), Operationg distance : up to 100mm (depend on antenna geometry), Operating frequency : 13.56Mhz fast data transfer : 106 kbit/s , high data integrity : 16 bit CRC , parity , bit coding, bit counting, true anti-collision, typical ticketing transaction: 100 ms (including backup management) 2). EEPROM 1 kbyte, organized in 16 sectors with 4 bolcks of 16 bytes each (one block consists of 16 byte), User definable access conditions for each memory block , data retention of 10 years , write endurance 100000 cycles. 3). Security : Mutual three pass authentication ,ISO 9001. Data encryption on RF-channel with repky attack protection individual set of two keys per sector (per application) to support multi-application with key hierachy, unique serial number for each device.
