Sand Washing Machine is used to wash artificial sand and natural sand. It is widely applied in the sandstone plant, mining, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water conservancy and hydropower, concrete mixing station etc. There are two kinds of Sand Washing Machine: XS and XL. Sand Washing Machine can remove the impurities covering the sand and break the moisture layer wrapping the sand grains, which is useful to dewater the sand and is meaningful to wash the sand efficiently. Sand Washing Machine Working Principle: When materials get into the washtrough, they will roll and grind with each other under the driving force of the impellers. Thus, the impurities covering the sand will be removed and the moisture layer wrapping the sand grains will be broken, which are useful to dewater the sand. At the same time, a steady flow of water will generate strong current that will carry off the impurities and light foreign bodies through the overflow port.
