We have independent intellectual property rights for Joydeer Li E-bike of full folding electrical bike with two invention patents and three appearance patents. The whole bike also passed the EU CE verification (EN15194), the relative parts such as the bell and handlebar passed ROHS and the motor, controllers and battery all passed EMC certification. Hence, the bike can be completely complied with technical standard and product qualification to export to European countries. Compared with traditional electrical vehicles, our bike is only 17 Kg weight, can be folded into the car trunk and its endurance ability can reach 40 km for a 65kg person with 24V pure electrical power and its climbing ability can be more than 15°, which can meet the basic requirement for the daily urban transportation. Because its weight is much lighter than other vehicles and its brake system integration is more effective, the safety is much stronger than the previous when emergent brake, completely without brake ineffectiveness and slip like other vehicles when emergent brake. Compared with super light E-bike, our bike is 3 to 4 kg heavier, however, our bike’s endurance ability and climbing ability is much stronger. As the same time, our bike handlebar and the frame head-tube are well matched so there is no risk of handlebar shaking and even breaking. Our frame strength and load ability are very strong with loading more 150Kg, which also can’t be reached for the above mentioned bike. Our bike can realize the free transform between pure electrical power, assisted power and pure manpower. Compared with the same style of other bikes, we used hub motor driver to strengthen the rated power and torsion, the combination of the frame head-tube and the strength and hardness of the frame, innovated the way of folding and shock absorbing, as well as the combination of rear fork and rear cloth frame, improved the chain connection, innovated the battery location, the completed appearance of the bike and the one key transform between electrical and manpower.
