Description
Hot and cold pack is one of the most popular, most economic and safest physical therapy method at all times and in all over the world. Hot and cold pack is approved by medicine study that cold compress could cool down body temperature, slow up blood circulation, restrain reproduction and diffusion of bacteria, restore consciousness, subdue inflammation, detoxify, restrain engorgement and tumefaction, alleviate pain and itching etc. Hot compress is reverse. It raises body temperature, speed up blood circulation and reproduction and restoration of bacteria, spread nerves, and eliminate fatigue and tumefaction.
Usage:
This non-toxic and non-caustic gel pack can be used as a hot or cold compress.
1)To warm, place pack in microwavable container, set the microwave at medium power ,and heat pack at 30 second intervals until desired temperature is achieved. Or cover pack completely with 80 - 90°C water and soak for 3 - 5 minutes.
2)For cold compress, place in freezer for one hour before using.
