Jiangsu Lecai Printing Material Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of printing plates. Our products such as positive PS plates, thermal CTP plates and CTcP plates have won wide appreciation both at home and abroad. Our products have the advantages of high photosensitive speed, high resolution, large plate copying capacity, excellent ink-water balance and high pressrun due to the adoption of high-quality aluminum plate and sensitive liquid and unique process.
The company, situated at the border of Yangtze River, covers an area of over 14,000 square meters and a plant area of over 12,000 square meters, with an investment of more than 40 million yuan. The company enjoys a favorable location, at the north Shore of Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge, adjacent to Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Ning-Jing-Yan Expressway, Ning-Tong Expressway and National Highway 328.
The company boasts its strong technical force, advanced production process and cutting-edge production equipment. Our chief engineers, with more than 15 years of experience in plate production, have developed a unique production process in practice. In the first phase, the company invested 20 million yuan in the introduction of a coil production line, which can produce positive PS plates, heat-sensitive CTP plates and CTCP plates with the maximum width of 1,350mm at the maximum speed of 10m/min. The production line adopts a coil type nonstop roll reception, is equipped with a tension automatic control system capable of automatically collecting plates, and adopts the mechanical and electrochemistry combining granulating process treatment for treating the aluminum surface to achieve good grain distribution and a unique surface sealing technology to achieve the precise restoration of screen dots. Moreover, in the second phase, a heat-sensitive CTP high-end production line will be introduced, which has the maximum production width of 1,560mm at the maximum speed of 12m/mim, and produces the products with the same quality and technical parameters as those of Kodak products.
