Properties :
EDTMPA is a white crystal powder at room temperature, with a melting point at 215-217℃. It is hard to be dissolved in water, and its solubility is less that 5% at room temperature. It is easily dissolved in ammonia. It has a strong metal ion chelating capacity, and its chelating constant with cuprum ion is larger than that of EDTA.
It has a high capacity for chelating metal ions. The complex constant with Cu is the largest in all chelating agents including EDTA. It is a kind of high-pure grade reagent and innocuous. It can be used as detergent in semiconductor chip to prepare integrated circuit, as carrying agent for radioelement in medical industry, and as agent for inspection and therapy. The chelating capacity of EDTMPA largely exceeds that of EDTA and DTPA, and can replace EDTA for chelating agent at almost any situation.
Package and Storage :
25kg inner liner polyethylene (PE) bag, outer plastic woven bag, with agreement with export environment requirement, or confirmed by customers. Storage for 10 months in a cool and dry place.
