Tianjin Binhai Guanghao Pipe Fitting Co. LTD (hereinafter as TJGH) is one of the prominent manufacturers and exporters of wide range industrial pipes & fittings and other allied products. According to the different requirements of customers, TJGH can provide the national standard, American standard, Germany standard, Japanese standard, Russia standard and non-standard; high, medium and low voltage models of various specifications of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel material of the flange, elbow, pipe bend, pipe reducer, pipe tee, pipe cross, pipe nipple, pipe cap, pipe union and threaded pipe socket series and component products.
TJGH has advanced production lines including four hot strip tube production lines and four heat treatment production lines. The company has a full set of Intermediate frequency elbow hot push machines, pipe hot mold presses, three cold extrusion hydraulic presses, forging hammer, vertical lathe, drilling and other production processes elbow pipe flange forming, machining equipments. Meanwhile, the company is also equipped with direct reading equipments, including spectroscopy with a full set of advanced physical and chemical testing, heat treatment, pressure testing and other product quality testing equipments for the production of quality products to provide a reliable guarantee. The company has already passed the quality management system certification ISO9001:2000 and pressure piping components manufacturer license, and smoothly passed the American Petroleum Institute (API), SQC qualification certification, the European Union, German TUV certification, and British classification societies certification.
The main steel business of TJGH focuses on the production of hi-tech and high value-added premium pipe fittings, with an annual output of 500,000 tons steel pipes production capacities and 100,000 tons of pipe fittings processing production capacities. Our pipe fittings mainly cover three main categories: carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel, which are widely applied in the sectors of petrochemical, automobile, food, machinery manufacture, oil & gas, chemical, energy & transportation, electric power, shipbuilding, metal products, aviation and aerospace, nuclear power and electronic instruments etc. While maintaining its dominance in domestic flat product market, TJGH’s products are also exported to over 40 countries and regions including Russia, Germany, Iran, South Korea, Europe and America.
In July of 2007, TJGH has signed a cooperative agreement with IR - Intertrade and Service GmbH, one of the biggest and the most successful distributor of petroleum pipelines, power lines, and marine pipelines in Germany. In 2008, TJGH introduced a series of technologies and production equipments from IR - Intertrade and Service GmbH. This greatly improves TJGH production ability and makes it become a modern, diversified steel pipe & pipe fittings manufacture company.
