Features of Production line 1.High speed PE-Xb extruder adopts notched barrel with water forced cooling transportation zone and reaction screw with special mixing structure,and achieved high-speed extrusion stability and good quality of plasticization 2.Specially reaction type die head surmounts stress orientation of polymer chain during forming pipe and achieve a constant pressure pipe extrusion ,Meanwhile the stability extrusion pressure is a strong guarantee for high-speed manufacturing 3.Vacuum calibrating mandrel adopts our own proprietary's multi-sheet water immersion calibrating mandrel (invention patents,practical new patents),realized the cooling calibrating evenly and effectively for plastic pipe,ensuring high speed production of the pipe. 4.High speed flat belt pulling machine with multi-group roll wheel adopts originally imported frequency inverter,making pulling of high speed steady and reliable ,thoroughly subverting the vibration and slipping during high speed pulling in the traditional mode of rubber blocks pipe machine 5.The entire production line adopts the originally imported new control system PLC programmable computer,guaranteed highly and steadily reliable controls of the production line.
