Application: The instrument is widely used for online measuring of every kind of transparent and translucent plastic film、paper and so on. Function: The instrument precisely use 口 type scan mechanism, to scan the object to be measured in the width direction, industrial control computer collect data, and has the function of data processing、online scan measure、arbitrary point fixed point measurement、graph display、deviation alarm、data store、check and etc.     Characteristic: use the pollution-free infrared laser measurement method, continuously measure the object without contact and no damage, sample speed is fast and accuracy is high and the performance is stable, use the industrial control computer as its main processing system with simplicity of operation and friendly man-machine interface, and at the same time display the graph and data, it is easy to see the thickness change.   Measurement mode: Scan type (as illustrated in figure 1) mainly used to online measuring and monitor in every kind of cast film、calendered film、stretch film and other product, the instrument precisely use 口 type scan mechanism, to scan the object to be measured in the width direction Fixed point type or desk type: mainly used to measure online spot thickness measurement of blown film、casing and so on or for laboratory experiment.   Technical parameter: Measuring range:0~400um; Precision:±1%H±0.3um; Resolution: 0.1um; Scanning width: customer defined; Working voltage:220V.
