Universal Ovens XU Series Precision ovens and efficient, and this until 300°C Our XU universal ovens are suitable for all applications for drying, heating, heat preservation, sterilization with hot air (Poupinel), component aging, curing or thermal tests in laboratories and in all branches industry. Our XU universal ovens are all fan circulated models, for accuracy and minimum temperature spatial deviation. Designed to operate from room temperature +10°C to 300°C. Rapid heating-up. Temperature spatial variation: less than ±1,2°C at 105°C, empty, following NFX15-140 norm. Temperature fluctuation: less than ±0,2°C. Our C3000 Controller for the best ergonomy and precision. Optimized Insulation: 80mm thick, for the lowest surface temperature quality and the minimum energy use. A solid construction for lasting performance. Eight models from 24 to 980 liters. Inner casing is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel, bright polished. Outer casing is made of steel plate, finished with a tough stoved epoxy paint (white colour RAL9002). The walls and the door are insulated with glasswool, safe for users. The insulation is 70mm of glasswool and 10mm of empty space, ensuring efficient insulation, low external temperatures and excellent thermal stability. No contact between inner and outer casing and an optimised insulation minimise heat dissipation and provide a quick heating up. The temperature control is operated by our own C3000 Controller. The regulation guarantees the highest possible temperature stability. The temperature time fluctuation is less than few tenths of degree. Temperature controller is microprocessor based, we design and program it specifically to meet your requirements. It provides a high accuracy and prevents the set temperature from being exceeded and it offers all functions that users need. Digital LEDs display set and actual temperatures as well as remaining process time.An independant over-temperature thermostat (class 3.1 protection), with a visual and sound alarm, cut out with an adjustable upper limit, your products and the oven. All our universal ovens are fan circulated models, for accuracy and minimum temperature spatial deviation. The air flow speeds up the drying process and evens the temperature distribution within the oven.The fan and heaters are in the rear of the oven, shielded from the workspace by a stainless steel baffle.Air is drawn into the fan from the centre of the oven and passes over the temperature sensor and the sheathed heating elements. The heated air is distributed around the baffle to both left and right and then re-circulated by the fan. Through access vent, fresh air is supplied from the back of the oven. A 30mm diameter exhaust vent is provided with an adjustable button to control the exhaust air flow from the front panel. The C3000 Controller functions: The PID digital controller FRANCE-ETUVES C3000 provides the following functions: Pt100 Ω sensor in 3-wire-circuit. Set and actual temperature display. Delayed start: from 1mn to 99h59 mn. Heating ramp: from 0,1 to 20°C/mn. Heating timer: 0 to 99h59 mn. Repeat loop. Buzzer at the end of the cycle. Overtemperature cut out.
