The rubber-plastic heat preservation material is a fully-obturated and foamed high-quality soft thermal insulation material made from excellent acrylonitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride as well as high quality auxiliary materials with international technique and advanced full-automatic production line. It has no chlorine fluorin hydrogen hydrocarbon absolutely.
This product is an obturated elastic material with good characteristics such as softness,folding resistance,heat proof,cold resistant,water proof,fire resistance,shock-proof,low factor of heat conduction and sound insulation.It is widely used in central air condition, ships, petroleum, metallurgy, chemical engineering, building...etc. It has merit of construction convenience, external appearance clean and neat beautiful,no contamination, therefore it is a kind of new generation heat preservation to economize on energy and environmental protection material in new century.
A,The technique function of the rubber-plastic thermal insulation material
1, good anti-permeability from water and moisture
This product regards air as the infilling(heat conduction factor of air?=0.026w/k?.C), and damp resistant factor?≥ 4500,which is a “built-in” water/damp-proof layer.The moisture in air can not enter inside of materials.It can take best affect in moisture separation and thermal insulation even through without any protection layer.
2, low factor of heat conduction
In the case the average temperature is equal to 0 ℃ ,it's factor of heat conduction is ?= 0.034w/k because of high factor of heat release at the surface and amall closed-holes.Under same conditions,this product is better than other products in thermal insulation.
3, good fire resistance
This product includes much fire and flame resistant raw materials.When it is burning,its surface is carbonized to become a fire-resistant layer.This product has such performances as fire resistance,no contraction,no molten drop and automatic out-firing.This product is Inflammable B1 grade according to 《 GB8624-1997 Gradation method of construction materials on inflammable property 》 ,which is the highest grade in organic materials.

This product enriches the soft function,easy to operate.It can be shaped and adhered according to different products,so as to ensure the tightness of entire system.This product is an environmental protection material and does not affect the worker's health.

1, The rubber-plastic is for insulating the layer, glass fiber cloth and fire-resistant glues are protect layer outside, in order to prevent the rubber-plastic damaged , glass fiber cloth is spreaded with paint which is to defend the ultraviolet ray and the sea water .
