Hydrocarbon steam catalysts for secondary reformer Type: Z207Y Main application: With high temperature calcium aluminate supporter, the reforming catalyst is a sinter of hydrocarbon steam, including nickel as its main active content. It is mainly used for the devices following of secondary reformer, rich oxygen reforming, and pure oxygen reforming: 1. Synthetic ammonia unit, methanol unit and hydrogen unit, using natural gas as feed gas 2. Synthetic ammonia unit and methanol unit, using coke-oven gas as feed gas 3. Methanol unit and hydrogen unit, using associated gas of oilfield, refinery gas and acetylene as feed gas 4. Hydrogen unit, using light oil as feed gas Features: 1. Low content of impurity; Z207Y uses the carrier containing less silicon, so it solves the problem of silicon contained in products fundamentally, thus the amount of silicon migration to lower. 2. Bigger surface area; The form of traditionary secondary catalyst is ring, of which the external surface area is not too big. However, the form of Z207Y is 5- hole and 4-fluted dentate drum, and the external surface area of every particle of catalyst is much bigger, which has increased more than 31 percentages than the same size of ring catalyst, so the contact area of the catalyst with the reactants increases greatly, and the catalyst total conversion rate of unit volume will improve which can make the Z207Y catalyst operate in a higher air velocity than the rasching ring catalyst. 3. Better performance of heating transmission Because of the Z207Y designed much space in the flutes, on one side the contact area between the catalyst particles will increase which may be good for heating transmission, on the other hand with the flutes, the gas flow will distribute between the particles more evenly, and the turbulence of the gas flow will be more acute which may be good for heating convention, so that the Z207Y has a better of heating transmission. In the transportation process should either be paid attention to in the keep away from moisture, or avoid rolling, falling touch or intensely shocking, and should prevent the rain facilities; Products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, against pollution or moisture.
