We are engaged in the design, development, production, sale and service of aluminum, aluminum alloy ingots and extrusions. Our sales network covers the Middle East, Africa, the US, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Our 300,000-square-meter factory is equipped with 14 advanced production lines of extrusion presses and form echelon extrusion machines with capacity from 16MN to 150MN. With such, we can produce 140,000 tons of extruded profiles and 200,000 tons of cast ingots yearly. Our 150MN double action direct oil-driven extrusion press imported from Germany is the first and largest extrusion device in the world. In addition, our 55MN double action indirect oil-driven extrusion press imported from Germany is the first tonnage extrusion device in the world. Moreover, the vertical offline quench furnace with effective quenching length of 30 meters is the highest in the world.

Equipped with first-class devices, our profile machinery factory mainly produces woodworking machinery profiles, automobile manufacturing profiles, national defense and military profiles, rail traffic profiles, marine ramp profiles, high- and low-voltage electric apparatus profiles, hydraulic pneumatic profiles, electronic radiator profiles, mechanical processing profiles and more.
