It has a golden appearance, naturally rich invitamin E and betacarotene (vitamin A precusor) and is Trans Fatty Acid Free and cholesterol free. Itsresistance to oxidation makes it more economical to use. Its bland tasteenhances the natural flavour of the food. RBD PALM OLEIN (Vegetable Cooking Oil) The cooking oil (RBD Palm Olein)is a palm based product which is suitable for human consumption. It is rich in vitamin E and free of cholesterol. INGREDIENT STATEMENT RBD Palm Olein is obtained from fractionating refined palm oil to separate liquid parts (olein) from solid parts (stearin). INTENDED USE RBD Palm Olein is used as cooking oil as well as frying oil for food industries such as snack food and ready-to-eat food. It is also used as a raw material for margarine and shortening.
