1、 通过外加套、主轴螺旋翅片和腔内喷头加热形式，热效率达到95%以上，使物料快速充分熟化。
1. Through the forms of jacket, shaft spiral fin and chamber nozzle heating, the heat efficiency reaches over 95%, which makes the materials quickly and fully aged.
2、 采用励磁调速，针对不同物料调节主轴转速，以保证物料熟化达到要求，采用温控调节系统控制蒸汽输入量。
2. Adopt excitation governor and adjust the speed of the main shaft according to different materials, to ensure that the material aging meets the requirement; adopt the temperature control system to control the steam input.
3、 外保温板和上观测盖采用不锈钢板制作，提高抗腐蚀能力，延长设备使用寿命。
3. The exterior insulation plate and the upper observation cover adopt stainless steel, to improve corrosion resistance and extend service life.
4、 利用自动疏水系统，将蒸汽冷凝水回收至锅炉，提高废水利用率、降低能源小红。
