the comprehensive ISO9001 quality standard and demonstrate this by providing high quality tooling,designing and
manufacturing.The detailed procedure as below:mold design control,mold steel hardness inspection,mold electrodes
inspection,mold cavity/core dimension inspection,mold pre-assembly inspection,mold trail reporta and samples
inspection,mold pre-shipping final inspection.
We can produce more than 50 sets molds a month,usually the average delivery time is one month or even shorter.
