Established in March 1993, Fujian Minfa Aluminum INC. is a professional manufacturer of aluminum profiles for construction, industry and the deep processing of various kinds of aluminum profiles . Minfa has more than 20 Extruding process lines and two production bases in Meilin Zone of Nan’an City and Zhaoyang Zone of Dongtian Town. Minfa is classified as “Large-scale second-grade industry enterprise in China”.
As a key participant in drafting and developing China National Standard-GB/T5237 Industrial Aluminum Alloy Profiles, Minfa’s central Laboratory was certified as national laboratory by CNAL(China National Accreditation Board For Laboratories),and Minfa is certified as “The Enterprise technology Center of Fujian Province” by Fujian province Economy & Trade Committee. All products of Minfa are manufactured under international standards, of which performance indexes are equivalent to Japan JIS Standard and America AA standard. Minfa has obtained ISO9001 double authentication for product quality and quality system, as well as ISO 14001 Environment system authentication, ISO 10012-2003 measure system authentication, Obtained national standardization favorable enterprise, Minfa was certified as “High-tech enterprise” by Science and Technology Commission of Fujian province and granted as “Self-Management import and export enterprise”. Minfa was approved as “Fujian Province aluminum profiles Spark industry technic innovation center” by Fujian technological office. Minfa was appraised as “User satisfied company”, Quanzhou “Contract-abiding & Trustworthy enterprises and Quanzhou “Excellent export enterprise”. Our main products---“Minfa” brand aluminum profiles were appraised as “Famous brand products in Fujian”, “User satisfied products, “Famous brand in Fujian”, “Product exemption from quality surveillance inspection”, ““Famous Brand Export Products to be Supported and Developed with Special Attention” , “Famous trademark in China”, ”Certificate of golden cup prize for actual quality of nonferrous metals products”, “The first award of GB/T8013.1-2007” and so on. List as “Recommended building material” by several state-lever authorites. Minfa’s products are not only distributed in the Chinese domestic market, but also exported to over 30 countries including South Asia, Australia, U.S.A, South America, European Community and Africa . “Minfa” brand is highly recognized in the aluminum field.
The main products of Minfa are classified into two groups---constructional aluminum profiles and industrial aluminum profiles. Both are leading in the same trade owing to the satisfying quality, especially the industrial aluminum profiles, with more than 100 serials including 10000-and –more specifications, it has held several national patent technology and formed its own features. Minfa have developed different varieties and surface-treatment methods which include color anodizing, electrophoretic coating, powder coating, fluorocarbon coating, break bridge heat insulation, timber-grain transfer printing, polishing & staining, steel-pill sand blasting, etc. to extremely satisfy the customers’ requirement. Our R&D center can take up business of R&D, design and process of different-grade alloy and various kinds of special shape profiles, as well as surface treatment for different-color aluminum profiles; our precision workshop can take up business of design, installation, pre-sale &after sale service and deep processing of various kinds of windows, doors, curtain wall and deep-processing of various kinds of aluminum profiles.
