*Suitable panel furniture,flush door,solid wooden composite floor,cabinet door,art craft,bamboo & curtain ext products primer sanding or veneer precise sanding after painting. *Machine adopts sanding rack fixed but the working table lift model to make it convenient for different thickness work piece adjustment.Also customer can choose the sanding rack lifting model when in line. *Rubber rollers adopt 20-40 degree nature wearable rubber rollers,sanding belts running adjusted by frequency converter,which suitable various paint and eliminate marks defective. *Machine adopts USA 3M polished wheel which would eliminate the marks after precise sanding and would get high gloss smooth effect after primer sanding. *Machine body adopts cast steel wedding,heavy body which makes the machine run stability.Worktable lifting adopts four posts synchronized lifting frame to reduce tolerance and increase precision. *Performance stability,the sensor can detect the sanding belt running oribt;In addition,there is device to amend running control and process stable sanding work without damaging sanding belt. *Sanding belt equips with compressing air cooling unit to clean and cool down the sanding belt and increase the use life. *Machine equips with emergency control bottom,edge run emergency stop bottom,pressure inadequate protection stop,electricity prtection and door open protection unit.If there are abnormal,dilapidation,low pressure and blackout ,the machine will stop in several seconds.
