The solidfying is under the action of the centrifugal force,so it has the high density,white iron uniform layer andthere is not any defect of gas hole,sand explosion and residue. The centrifugal casting roller can be inlaid with a sleeve.it can to reduce the consumpsion of raw materil and the weight of the roller. IT is very convenient to drill hole due to the uniform white casing layer. The working surface hardness of the CCCR can be produced acoording to the demand of the users,up to HS726,in general.it has the high anti wear property,good inner ductility and steady quality. The working layer of the roller are uniform and there is a small hardness variation(bellow HS5).the quality steability of the roller is assured. Long working life(more 3-5times working life than the verti cal static casting rollers)can save number of facts for the users. The variety scale rollers can be produced according to demand of the users(the maximum up to Ф1000*8000mm)
