The microfiber sponge also has an elastic strap for attaching the sponge to your hand. The soft microfiber chenille won’t scratch painted surfaces when kept it’s rinsed out regularly. Uses: Our Microfiber Car Wash Sponge’s primary purpose is, of course, for washing cars. It releases dirt and grime easily when rinsed out so it’s great for using over and over. The microfiber chenille side is meant for general cleaning while the scrubber side is better suited for removing stubborn tar and dirt, especially on the fenders behind the wheels. The microfiber chenille has a lot of surface area so it’s great heavily soiled surfaces, windows (but not for drying) anything else that’s been neglected for a long time. Method: Use the Microfiber Car Wash Sponge with soap and water for washing cars. Make sure you keep the sponge wet by dunking it in a bucket regularly; this will keep the microfiber sponge clean and soaked with your soapy solution. When you come across stubborn dirt or tar flip the sponge over and scrub it with the more aggressive side. You can also use this microfiber sponge dry for dusting, but use common sense when dry dusting painted surfaces because without liquid to help lift away dirt it is always possible to scratch them.
