Detailed Description

The instrument is designed and produced as per the international standard ASTM D93 and the national standard GB/T261. It is used to determine the flash point of petroleum products by Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Method. The automated apparatus could be capable of performing the whole procedure, including control of the heating power, stirring of the test specimen, application of the ignition source, detection of the flash point, recording the flash point and printing the test datas. Technical Parameter 1. Power supply: AC 220V±10%, 50Hz. 2. Temperature measurement: (1) Measurement range: ambient temperature~250°C; (2) Flash point is under 104 °C, bias is 2 °C; Flash point is above 104 °C, bias is 6 °C; (3) Resolution: 0.1 °C; (4) Precision: 0.5%; 3. Basic parameters: (1) Temperature rising rate: as per GB/T261; (2) Ignition mode: gas flame is 3~4 mm; electric ignition device. 4. Ambient temperature: 10~40°C; 5. Relative humidity: ≤80%; 6. Total power consumption: not higher than 350 W.
