Detailed Description
APP Series
1.Crystalline Ⅱ type Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP)
[CAS]: 68333-79-9
Equivalent to Exolit 422 and Cros 484
[Appearance]: White, fine particle
[Uses]: APP is mainly used in intumescent fire retardant coatings and polyurethane foam, also be used in the flame retardance of fiber, wood and rubber products,epoxy resin and unsaturated PE resin. With high Molecular Weight (n>1000)and stability, it can be used as the active matter of intumescent flame-retardant thermoplastic, especially for fire retardant PP (UL94-V0) and cable materials
[Packing]: 25kg/Bag.
2.Melamine Resin Modified Ammonium Polyphosphate(APP)
[CAS]: 68333-79-9
Equivalent to Exolit 462 and Cros C60
[Appearance]: White, fine particle
[Properties]: Melamine modified APP is a flame retardant based on phosphorus /nitrogen synergism, free formaldehyde.
Melamine modified ammonium polyphosphate is different from APP in the following properties:
-Reduce solubility in water;
-Reduce viscosity in water;
-Obviously improve dispersibility and compatibility with polymers and resins;
-Increase fluidity of powder;
-Improve thermal expansion efficiency during inflaming retarding process and insulation performance.
[Uses]: It can be used for all applications that ammonium polyphosphate is suitable. They are more fine than APP. It can be used in waterproof outdoor swelling coatings, and can be used in the foaming in 300℃ or less.
-Fiber materials (paper, wood, fireproof textile);
-All kinds of polymers (sunproof, waterproof, or fireproof);
-Fire-refractory building board, coiled material;
-Epoxy resin and unsaturated resin;
-Cable and rubber;
-Plastic material of electron device;
-Textile;
[Packing]: 25kg/bag, plastic bag lined woven bag.
3.Melamine Resin React Coated Ammonium Polyphosphate(APP)
[CAS]: 68333-79-9
Equivalent to Exolit 750 and Cros C30
[ Appearance] : White, fine particle
[Uses]: can be used for all Exflam201 is suitable;can be used advantageously in intumescent coating for exterior application where the ammonium polyphosphate is required to have extremely low water solubility. can be used in cellulose-containing materials (paper, wood, car's fireproof cloth, military cellulose materials).can be used in various polymers for exterior application.
4.Silane Modified Ammonium Polyphosphate(APP)
[CAS]: 68333-79-9
Equivalent to Cros 486
[Appearance]: White, fine particle

[Uses]: It can be used for all applications that ammonium polyphosphate is suitable, especially for all kinds of outdoor waterproof, sunlight-flame retardant polymers; Used in epoxy and unsaturated polyester resin; used in cables and rubber; used in silicone resin & electrical and electronic materials
[Packing] :25kg/bag, plastic bag lined woven bag.
Melamine Series
Melamine cyanurate (MCA)
CAS No.: 37640-57-6
Uses:Equivalent to Ciba®MELAPUR®MC
As one of anti-flaming agent adapting to nylon without halogens, MCA is especially applied to nylon number 6 and number 66, which can achieve the anti-flaming effect with UL 94 V level easily; It's worthwhile to point out that it has such advantages as very low application cost, super electrical capacity, mechanical performance and excellent pigmentation effect etc.
Packing: 20kg composite paper bag
Storage : Sealed tightly, load gently, avoid moisture
Melamine Phosphate(MP)
CAS: 41583-09-9
Uses : Equivalent to Ciba®MELAPUR®MP
Melamine phosphate is mainly used in intumescent flame retardant systems for paints and polymers, combining both the melamine and catalyst functionality. Other applications are in thermosets, both unsaturated polyester and epoxies, and in textile treatment. In self-charring materials such as cellulose or epoxy, melamine phosphates can be used as such without addition of other flame retardants.
Packing:
The package is 12.5kg/bag, 10mt with pallet /20FCL
Hazards identification: None
The substance is not subject to IMO TMDG.
Melamine Pyrophosphate (MPP)
CAS No: 218768-84-4
Uses: Equivalent to Ciba®MELAPUR®200
Widely used in the flame retardants of thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics, and rubber products, especially applied to intumescent flame retardant systems and intumescent fire retardant coatings with high requirements.
Packing: PE bag lined woven bag, Net wet 20kg
Melamine Pyrophosphate (MPP)
CAS No: 20208-95-1
Uses: Equivalent to Fyrol MP
Melamine Polyphosphate is a flame retardant used for thermosetting & thermoplastic plastics, PU, PBT, PET, and polyamide etc.
Packing: PE bag lined woven bag, Net wet 25kg
