Our water well screen are manufactured in the all-welded continuous lot wedge-wire to support rod construction, with the latest electronically controlled welding system, ensuring greater fusion strength between the profile wedge wire and support rods maintaining accurate slot opening tolerances. Our products have four inch ,six inch ,eight inch etc .The slot opening range from 0.004 inch up to 0.375 inch in increments of 0.001 inch ,to suit water-bearing formation sands and materials This continuous design allows lower entrance velocity of the water which reduces encrustation rate. The slot design also ressist plugging and prevents sand from damagig pumps. Used in a wide range of applications in the field of process engineering such as ground water exploration, crude oil and natural gas production and vessel internals solving problems of liquid / solid and solid / gas separation.
