Detailed Description
YS-NB122 is a kind of energy saving high temperature shift catalyst for low steam/gas ratio operating condition. It applies for the shift stage of large and medium-sized ammonia or hydrogen plant to react CO with stream to produce H2 and CO2 based on coal, light oil, natural gas, oil gas and other raw materials. Particularly it is suitable for energy saving ammonia plant under the low steam/gas ratio operating condition. It uses especial caustic soda precipitation technology to make rod microcrystal, differ from traditional spherical microcrystal. At the same time, it is modified with copper and other additives so that the selectivity is significantly improved at low steam/gas ratio operating condition. YS-NB122 high temperature shift catalyst finished its 4000h pilot testing on scale of 80 liter in a cost-effective ammonia plant. During the test, the activity was kept at about 82% and CO of outlet was kept at about 2.0%. YS-NB122 has also been passed the appraisal of SINOPEC. The appraisal confirms that the catalyst has reached the advanced international level.
