Product Description
The FC2250 series large-format cutting plotters are flatbed models that enable the operator to monitor the entire design and cutting result as they are being processed.
The FC2250 series is well-suited for cutting thick and/or hard material that cannot be processed by friction-feed cutting plotters, and include media such as reflective film, foam sheet, cardboard, oil board, and sandblast resist rubber.
The FC2250 also performs as a precision cutter for producing highly intricate vinyl signs and photo mask artworks. A variety of choices are available including three variations in the size of the cutting area, single or dual tool/pen heads, two cutting forces, and three material hold-down systems to best suit the applications and material stock size needs for various industry requirements.

ARMS (advanced registration marking sensing system)
The powerful ARMS feature simplifies contour cutting of printed images as well as significantly improving overall productivity for contour cutting items such as labels or stickers. ARMS will automatically read serveral types of patterns.
Four-point registration mark
Four-point registration mark sensing & X/Y-axis correction uses high-precision positioning to ensure accurate cutting of graphics that have been skewed of distorted during printing.
Segment area correction
The intermediate registration marks in horizontal direction are detected to allow four-point correction for each individual segment area. This enables high precision positioning of the whole area of prints that skewed during the printing process.
Multiple registration mark correction
Layout instructions are sent together with the cutting data for designs printed using layout functions such as in a RIP, enabling continuous detection of registration marks for cutting. This feature is excellent when high accuracy is needed when cutting an array of copies.
Automatic registration mark detection
The first registration mark is detected automatically, eliminating the need to position the head to the regisration mark manually. Subsequent registration marks are automatically redetected even if marks are not immediately found, saving the time of starting over.
Full software support
Registration mark commands are provided to control ARMS functions from your software applications such as the Cutting Master 2.
Creasing Functions
2-tool mounting for easy switiching. Two tools can be mounted at the same time for easy switching. If you mount the cutter plunger and the creasing tool at the same time. if you mount the cutter plunger and the creasing tool at the same time, you can perform both cutting & scoring operations without having to exchange tools. if you mount a plotter pen, you can draw check plots before commencing the actual cutting.
Simple creasing function. A simple creasing fucntion to create fold lines for clean folding on microflute & cardboard had been enabled. Up to 3 fold lines can be selected, spacing between the lines can also be specified & repated creasing can also be specified for each line.
Cutting Master 2
This plug-in software allows direct cutting from graphics applications. For higher productivity, create graphics of text in Adobe Illustrator of CoralDraw, then simply output directly to the plotter.

Versatile software D-Cut Master
This software reads a DXF file in the AutoCAD R13 format & then enables data display, deletin, sorting, changing of the output order, specification of output setting, & saving functions as well as creation og GP-GL plot data & output to a plotter.

Output conditions can be selected by layer name or colour
Supports a sorting function to minimize media movment
The weed border cutting function enables automatic output of any border to facilitate weeding of the cut media
